By granting consent, a user who is under 18 years of age declares that he has asked his legal representative (parents) for consent to the processing of his personal data.
The purpose for which personal data is processed, who processes the data and for what period
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is this consent. On the basis of this consent, the Operator is authorized to process Personal Data for the purpose of ensuring the proper implementation of marketing activities, creating surveys and business statistics regarding behavior, sending commercial communications in the sense of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services (including sending commercial communications by electronic means), providing professional and marketing information, all through any means of communication, especially via web services, e-mail, telephone and post. It may also include advertising messages, targeted business offers, marketing research and analysis using data obtained from research or from publicly available sources.

The Operator usually processes user data in its own computer systems, although it may also use the systems of third parties (so-called Processors). However, these persons will have access to this data only for a period of time absolutely necessary and to the extent absolutely necessary, if it is necessary for the provision of the service and the fulfillment of legal requirements.
The data obtained through the contact form is usually stored until the consent to the processing of personal data is revoked and then usually 6-12 months after the revocation. Subsequently, only basic identification data and data on granting/revocation of consent are usually stored for a reasonable period of time. All data provided by the user through the contact form is stored on a secure server.
User rights related to personal data protection and revocation of consent to personal data processing

This voluntarily granted consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked by the user at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to the address: info@pensionmonika.cz . Withdrawal of consent is also possible directly from each commercial communication sent by e-mail.
Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent that was given before its revocation. The withdrawal of consent also does not affect the processing of personal data that the controller processes on the basis of a different legal basis than consent.
